I think most of us are looking for a calling, not a job. Most of us have jobs
that are too small for our spirit.

Career Exploration

Do you currently facilitate an employment program?

Do you need better results? Do you need new direction, new ideas, and expert advice? We have extensive experience facilitating community based employment programs based on the latest research. We can assist you with proposal writing, planning, service delivery models, developing a learner centered outcomes framework and more! We get results!

We are particularly comfortable in First Nations communities or small towns located in more remote locations that have not typically been able to access this type of programming before. Career exploration based on a transformative learning model fit very well into a remote, small community environment.

There was an aura of

mutual respect in the

What is Career Exploration?

Career exploration is the process of investigating and reflecting on self, personal contexts, learning and work opportunities, and training and educational requirements, as a basis for making career-life choices over an individual’s lifespan. Activities are tailored towards meeting specific career-life planning needs of individuals or groups of clients. Learning activities may occur in one-on-one interview meetings, in classrooms, in supervised work experience and/or workshop settings.
